Almost Made It a Month Before Requiring Service

Purchased the machine in the past month and its already in need of repair. Dealing with LG Service is a most disappointing experience. The individual lacked product knowledge and was unsympathetic to the situation. The technician is scheduled to arrive in a week. Hopefully the individual will have the necessary skills and parts if needed. I would return the product if I could do it easily. Overall a truly disappointing experience.

We previously purchased LG W/D combo back in 2008 and had zero problems in that 16 year time period. Super happy about our new LG Dryer. Clothes never get twisted or tangled in either Washer and Dryer. Temperture of garments and/sheets/towel come out end of cycle in perfect condtion. Not overly hot. The power and perforance are stella. Far out weighs the competitors. Every appliance in our house is LG and we look foward to purchasing more and more high quality products in the future.

Weve had this for a few weeks to replace our 14 yr old LG dryer and very happy with the purchase so far. Love the steam dry pairing and other smart features. Clothes come out smelling great dry and wrinkle free Im hoping we will get another 12-15 yrs out of this new pair.
