A few years ago, I needed to purchase a new washer / dryer and I really did my research. I decided on Electrolux and I was not disappointed. Fast forward a few years and we moved, sadly the new buyers of our home wanted the washer & dryer so we left them. In the new house, they had an LG stacked washer/dryer combo and I hated it. So cheap and inefficient, and I was able to talk my husband into getting my Electolux back. However this time I opted for the Laundry Center due to space constraints and I love it! High quality, efficient and cleans clothes so much better. Highly recommend!

We completed our laundry room remodel and we purchased a n Electrolux Washer/Dryer tower. What a beautiful upgrade and an awesome cleaning and drying machine. We highly recommend this product for anyone who needs a workhorse and a nice looking machine.

The laundry tower is pretty quiet. It is very easy to use.The drums are bigger than I thought they would be. I went from a front loader Electrolux to a tower and I was afraid I would lose space in the drums but they are very nice.

My experience so far has been great. The clothes are clean and the whites are whites(??phenomenally so) The spin cycle is loud but it's a washing machine so, yeah. I love that there are lights in both the washer and dryer! That was an unexpected surprise! I'm loving the unit!

His is the first washer/dryer I ever purchased so I may be biased but this thing is incredible. My clothes get super clean and dry thoroughly. It has a ton of features and it's not too loud. I'm so glad I did a ton of research before going with Electrolux. Will recommend.

Purchased this unit at recommendation of relatives who had purchased same a year ago. So far very happy with operation and control panels being properly placed. The doors are reversible and this was a benefit in our placement of the unit. We also placed unit on main floor as we have difficulty going up and down stairs. Thus far pleased with quiet operation and overall performance

It shakes horribly when washing on changing between cycles is it supposed to do that? Enough that it moves the whole machine. Also, I wish the dryer would make a sound to let you know it™™s done & the washer sound is so low, can it be made to be louder? Everything else about this stack unit I like. But because of those few items I™™m not sure I™™d buy another one even though it does wash better than my top loader I had.

So far, we are loving the unit. We did have an error code (E11) in one of the first two uses. I looked it up online and reset the machine. Then I ran it empty one time and all seems well. I really like the look of the unit.

We had a stackable washer and dryer and the washer quit working. In order for me to use the controls on the dryer, I needed a step stool. This combination takes care of that and looks sharp in our space.

This is my first stackable unit. Installation was easy. The controls are intuitive which helps. Drying times are fast when you need speed and thorough when it™™s a standard load of clothes. Cleaning the units is simple. The lights inside the drums aid the finding of clothes that may be deeper inside.

I wanted a washer dryer combo because of my small laundry room. It gives me more room. My only complaint is that you must dry out the washer seal each time or water collects there and will. Mildew if not dried out and leave door open after.

Our Electrolux Laundry Tower experience has so far been a positive one. We chose this model based on its overall features and our need to save space in our laundry room. We replaced our side by side top load washer and dryer with this Electolux laundry tower installed by Costco about a month ago. The unit is great looking and so far has been cleaning and drying our washloads so much better than the old units. Still figuring out all the special settings, but we are very happy with this laundry tower. Freed up so much space in our small laundry room.

Our home will only accommodate a stackable unit. We have been through many of them. This unit has a larger capacity than most stackables which is important for our family of 5. The model is sleek, especially in the silver color . The touch screen controls are easy to use and located in the middle of both machines so I can actually reach them easily. I am super happy we went with this model!

It was a hard choice for us between this and the lg washtower. We went w Electrolux given thr history with laundry machines and man we are happy w that decision. The washer and dryer are flawless. The installation was smooth and test cycle was perfect. We ran multiple loads in the next few days as we were backed up w cloths and it jus worked. Nice work Electrolux

I love everything about the set but the very first time I used it I noticed socks were missing in the washer. It seems that small items get stuck between the door gasket and drum in both the washer and dryer. Luckily a mesh washer bag took care of the problem.

Bought this unit to replace a paired Samsung washer and dryer set. So glad we made the switch. Our clothes are are noticeably cleaner, our whites are whiter and there is no sticky post wash residue we were getting with our old unit. We love the premix feature and the special slots for pods and stain treatments. The dry boost feature saves time on longer dry cycles and the sensors ensure we don't over dry, especially with the delicates. The tower set-up, as opposed to side to side, provides a neater more streamlined appearance and even gave us space for an extra storage cabinet / folding table. All in all, if you are in the market for a new washer / dryer set, we'd highly recommend giving this unit a look.

I recently had this combo installed in a large closet upstairs in my home.I am very happy with settings on washer, however I feel the dryer could use a lower time in settings. 30 minutes is the lowest possible time. I would like to be able to set my own time.Otherwise I am a happy camper!
