As some have noted, the Frigidaire Gallery is a little on the loud side in the first 24 hours, as the unit works to bring temps down on the newly installed refrigerator. After that, it really isn't an issue. This is a well designed unit, with a space for frozen pizzas conveniently located next to the ice dispenser/ice bucket. With over 25 cu ft, the shelves are bigger than expected. The drawers all work very well and they DO NOT stick, unlike a Whirlpool that we originally ordered (then canceled, thanks to a knowledgeable Lowe's Sales Associate informing us of a design flaw in the other brand). Overall, the Gallery appears to be well built. Time will tell if it's the bargain it appears to be for the less than $1,100 Sale Price.

Within a day of this new fridge being installed, it started having frost build up inside the freezer door. I'm guessing it's a bad seal that is allowing outside air in. I called Frigidaire and got the run around from the customer service representative until I finally told her that it was a brand new appliance and still under warranty and that I wanted a repair call. Got that scheduled, then the repair technician called and said they actually couldn't come that day, so we've rescheduled for a week later. In the meantime, I'm removing frost build up every day. Also in the meantime, the refrigerator door has started scraping every time I open it. Not off to a great start, Frigidaire!

Very nice and bright.When you open the door. It is easy to see everything in the fridge. If I had to complain about something, I would say that, but freezer is a little small but really, it's pretty good. Filtered ice and water are great. Ice comes in cubes or crushed. Exterior fridge looks really nice and easy to clean.

The sixth time the repair has been attempted 8/22/24. The third thermistor on the refrigerator side the power board has also been replaced now it has been decided the damper is not working correctly ™"on order™" of course, But the display panel could also be causing problems? Seventh repair attempt coming soon maybe. Has not worked right since installed May 6, 2024. That™™s almost four months. Frigidaire DO BETTER.

2 year old unit was deemed non repairable by Frigidaire Electrolux. Told i would get a. good price if I reordered thru Frigidaire. Haha. 2 reps did nothing. Asked to speak to a manager but nope. Found a 5% discount which was still several hundred dollars more than all retailers. Plus I could not understand and if the reps. Kept asking them to repeat. Strong Asian accent. One year warranty and a 2 year old fridge gone. NO SUPPORT.
