So far I love the fridge. My only complaint is that the doors are not aligned correctly. One is hung a few CM™™s higher than the other so it looks a bit awkward. I don™™t have the energy to argue with Lowe™™s about it though. Second appliance purchase with less than desirable delivery.

I like the refrigerator, but I™™m not a fan of the inside layout of the shelves & storage compartments. There are only 2 drawers & a third would be nice. The designated spots for the shelves waste usable space: the height in between lacks variance.

One of the most important features in a refrigerator, for me, is the ice maker. This one makes great ice, has a large ice bin for greater volume and keeps it full. The rest of the appliance is great too, but ice is the important factor here.

I have only had this refrigerator for a week but so far it is working very well. My previous kitchen appliances were Frigidaire and they all lasted 17 yrs with no issues. I bought this to update the look of my kitchen and I got a really good deal on a 3 pc. package. I will only purchase Frigidaire appliances, this brand has proven to be long lasting.I also love the black stainless steel, it isn't bright like regular stainless and it isn't as dark as black. It is the perfect blend of both. It looks like the picture except it isn't a matte finish, it does have a little shine to it. Enjoy!

This refrigerator is beautiful. I got the black stainless. No fingerprints. Lots of interior space. I wanted a side by side because the ice maker is everything to me. The side by side offers the old style one that doesn™™t break. It it freezes, you simple remove it, shake it, dump it, and reinsert it. I love it. Thank you Frigidaire.

The refrigerator is a nice looking unit. It is a bit smaller than my trade in model and the depth of the shelves are not as deep, but I knew this prior to ordering. The pricing that I received, using my employment discount made this an easier decision and I am pleased with the ice tray manufacturing of ice. The doors are magnetized, so we were quick to put our favorite magnets on the new unit.

Our Samsung fridge was giving us trouble and they were irritating about helping resolve the issue. This fridgidaire model is an amazing replacement. Ice maker is smooth and there are sensor lights on the outside of the door that tells you the status of all the filters and the temperatures. I would wholeheartedly recommend it

We've had the fridge for a week and all is well. It's freezing, it's refrigerating. And the brushed black finish is beautiful. All is well. We assume a refrigerator to be a durable good so maybe we will remember to circle back in a few years and let you know how it goes.

Love that the fridge beeps when the door is open too long. Nice long handles so my kids can reach and open the doors. There are notches all along the door so you can put your shelves in what space suits you best. Super helpful and convenient! Nice and sleek design. Especially for the ice maker and the water filling area. Looks very modern and elegant!!

Our experience with this fridge and Frigidaire has been absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. We have a brand new fridge that consistently beeps stating "high temp" on the front of the fridge and everything is warm inside the fridge. This fridge comes with a warranty - Frigidaire contracted Big Bend Appliance Services, LLC for a repair in Wakulla County. This company showed up for the scheduled appointment on Thursday (he was 30-45 minutes late) and advised we needed a part replaced and he would be back on Monday or Tuesday. Well fast forward to 2 weeks later and we have not heard back from this company. My husband and myself have called numerous times with numerous voicemails and text messages and still no response. We have called Frigidaire 2 additional times to have our fridge fixed, because as you can imagine it's not convenient to not have a functioning fridge, especially with a full family. Frigidaire has zero compassion for the situation and has told us each time they will have to contact Big Bend Appliances to schedule a repair. A 2nd repair was scheduled with this company and there was a no show. We call Frigidaire back a 3rd time needing a solution. We have not been able to buy groceries. The groceries we did have went bad, which is hard in this day and age of inflation. Frigidaire gave us the same useless response that they needed Big Bend to come do a diagnostic on the fridge before they could do anything. While on the phone with Frigidaire customer service, they even attempted to call Big Bend and as you could imagine, they were unable to reach the repair company. At this point our hands are tired. Big Bend is the only repair person Frigidaire has in the area. Big Bend has gone completely silent not answering any of our calls or Frigidaires call. Big Bend failed to show up to a 2nd appointment scheduled through Frigidaire, and here we are left with a broken fridge and zero resolution. Absolutely disgusted with how this company has treated us. We have chosen to loop our builder into the situation as he buys from Frigidaire frequently for new homes and we have also given word to other builders we know. The customer service is horrendous and from what I can tell, the product isn't very good either. If the issue is not resolved we have every intention on hiring an attorney for the matter.
