Had this freezer for 6 mo it failed & I lost 1000lbs of meat. I am extremely disapointed by this product and the fact that the company wont compensate me for any of the money I lost. It is sad that I you pay so much for an appliance and then not only does it fail you but it costs you 4 times the purchase price in lost food. Greatly dissapointed!

I bought this freezer 6 weeks ago because our smaller freezer was no longer serving it™™s purpose. It was not frost free (ugh) and too small for our needs. This freezer is beautiful and spacious inside. The door holds a good tight seal, but using the handle from the top is easier to pull open. Our other freezer wouldn™™t stay shut so we had to use Velcro to keep it closed. The shelves can easily be adjusted and are nice and wide as well as deep. We are very pleased with our purchase!

We got this freezer to replace our old Frigidaire of 20 + years. Another excellent choice - just the size we needed and price was reasonable. Very quite and roomy. Hope this one will last that long or longer!

Finally had to replace a Kenmore 15cu, lasted 30+ years. Nice to have some extra space and a light, temperature so far is steady as a rock. I initially set to coldest, didn't need that much, went back to colder setting. Door was damaged upon arrival, Fred's ordered a new one to exchange.

We bought this freezer because we had a chest freezer. We didn™™t know what was on the bottom.With this new Frigidaire Upright we can see everything thing we have in our freezer. And the room it has is incredible also the light inside! We love it!

Bought this as a replacement for basically same model I had for 25 years. Never one problem with the first. Didn™™t take it in our move. This is so quiet and has feature to use as a refrigerator too. Excellent quality product. Love it!

Bought this about a month ago and am liking almost everything about the freezer. There does need to be more shelves and maybe another basket. The shelves in the door should be wider. Other than that we are very happy with the freezer

Bought this freezer 3 weeks ago to replace a 17 cu. ft freezer with no light and had to be defrosted. So this freezer seems amazing! It™™s not as deep as my old one, which makes it so much easier to find things because it™™s taller. It seals well so I don™™t have to worry about the door popping open. Having a light is wonderful. So far, so good!

There seem to be a lot of vents to avoid but still a lot of room that I've filled faster than I thought I would. Door is hard to open. I wish it was Energy Star, but I am happy with my purchase.

I've had this freezer for about a month now and I'm in love! I had a chest freezer previously and it would always freeze up with ice all over the walls. I packed it so full that I had to put full heavy detergent bottles on top to keep the lid closed. With this HUGE freezer it fits EVERYTHING with ease and I still have room to fill it up! Not only does it freeze, but it can be a refrigerator too, though I have no idea why someone would want a refrigerator so big! If you're tired of your chest freezer not having enough room and freezing up then go get you this dream machine!

We purchased this last month for backup to our main Fridge/freezer and it is simply doing what it is supposed to. Not a lot of bells and whistles, just solid performance, consistent temperature, ample room for large and small items and the motor is quiet.

Bought a few weeks ago and hate it. the space between shelves is large better to have closer and more. 1 large basket on bottom would be nice to have drawer basket in middle. can't order additional baskets to fit this model either sat on hold for 47 minutes waiting for them to confirm not available.

I am happy with my purchase! I WOULD CHANGE THE DESIGHN OF THE SHELVES AND PUT A TURNED UP LIP TO STRENGTHEN THE SHELF, IT SAGES A LIITLE WITH LOADED WEIGHT HOPING THAT DOESN'T POSE A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE I THINK I MADE A GOOD CHOICE.

Bought this freezer 2 weeks ago. No issues with set up/start-up. Runs as it should. Only issue is with the door seal. After a week of running there was a fair amount of frost built up in the top right corner, hinge side. I cleaned it all out, and worked the seal for a bit. Seems to be no issues now.

We bought this upright a few months ago to help us with storing freezer items and we couldn™™t be happier! Quick set up, can set up as refrigerator OR freezer (didn™™t know this until I read the manual), and within an hour or so this freezer was ready to go...I loaded it up! Fantastic! So glad we got this one and we have so much room.....bring on those holiday sales!

This model is designed to switch between a Freezer and a refrigerator. And there is the problem. The manual says:While unlocked, press for 3 seconds. REF/FRZ will light upfor the Freezer setting. Press for another 3 seconds forREF/FRZ to light up for the Refrigerator setting.However, the plate inside the unit says Light on for Freezer and Off in Refrigerator mode. That is not correct. Since the REF/FRZ light comes on regardless of which mode you are running it is very difficult to easily understand if you have inadvertently switched from one mode to the other. This is compounded by the fact to unlock the controls, the same button to unlock the panel is the button to switch modes and there is no temperature display. The control panel is inside, so you have to have the door open as you try to figure out which mode you are in. I get designing to keep costs down, but if there were to buttons instead on one, this would be aa much better design.
