I like the freezer, however the plastic storage basket was cracked. This was discovered after I hauled the unit home and unpackaged it in my basement. Customer Service requires me to return the ENTIRE UNIT to the store. There is no way I would be able to repack the freezer with all the broken foam packaging pieces. We are talking about a shoe box sized plastic basket here that could be easily shipped without the unnecessary cost and time by all parties of a full return/replacement.

Placed freezer in garage and loaded it up with 1/2 calf recently harvested/butchered. Freezer brought internal temperature and already frozen beef down to 2F in short time. Working well after one month.

The 15 ft is perfect for a couple of empty nesters. Our old 25 ft served its purpose but with the kids gone this one is easier for us to reach into and has all the space we need. Will be much more efficient and save us money in the long run. Very quiet.

Great product functions. Well holds proper temperature. If something were to happen to it, I would buy the exact same model again. I place a piece of carpet, indoor outdoor on top, and it doubles as a bench this way.I will not damage or scratch it

Very impressed with my new freezer. Purchasing and delivery was a breeze. After purchasing a used chest freezer on Facebook market place thay ended up not working. I took the guess work out of it and went with what I thought would last me the longest and went with Frigidaire. Had it about a month now and have cold food that isn't getting frost burnt.
